Yes! I have them in my neck, shoulders and foot. Recently they have appeared in my thigh. Tiger Balm is wonderful for this, it hurts to rub them but feels better afterwards. The ones in my feet feel like paperclips under my skin.
I wake up with knots in my back and the first thing I do it stretch it out till it cracks - start to feel better once I've had a shower and a short walk with dog which I do regardless of the pain because I know I'll benefit from it xx
Hi, i know that if i run the upper side of my forearm, i feel little bumps. I haven't gotten enough courage to try a massage, i don't even let my boyfriend rub my shoulders, lol.
I go to a massage therapist for these. An hour of session and she still can't get most of them out. Hurts like heck the next several days, but is better in the long run for keeping the knots at bay. Also use essential oils for muscle relief. Rubbing that into the knots before bed helps me sleep.
