Have to say i have found the chinese tens machines on ebay are really good, they have things like cupping and accupuncture and massage settings on them.
Dont use too often tho as youll become immune to the sensations but i use mine 2 maybe 3 times a week if things arent to bad obviously more if its a bad day

I use a massager. I have the one that is body length and has heat and many different settings. I lay on this all night. When I wake I turn it on. I can la on my back or on my sides. My hips hurt so bad I can not get out of bed. I too take care of my mom who can not be left alone. I can move this massager to any chair I need to during the da. I just started doing this 2 weeks ago and have eased the pain so much so I just use the massager if I start hurting again. I hope you find ease of pain. Hugs.
