Excessive Sweating
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

Hi I am new to this forum and it is such a relief to know that others are experiencing the same symptoms as me. Two symptoms which bother me the most is the chronic fatigue and excessive sweating. I look like I've ran a marathon after a simple task such as sweeping the floor or changing bed clothes. Has anyone managed to successfully treat these symptoms please? Also where can I get an extensive list of symptoms of fibromyalgia?

I have excessive perspiring also, but not just at night. I am 52 and already on a hormone therapy to help normal night sweats for menopause. It doesn’t help the fibro sweats.
I take my dogs out potty, then clean up their doodles, and I am soaked. I wash my dishes, soaked in 5 minutes in. Switch laundry the same. To run the sweeper or mop the floors, ugh. Then I usually I am too tired some days to cook. I am so tired everyday, then sleep eludes me when I finally go to bed. 4:30am everyday I get up with my hubby, he helps with the dogs, I get their food and our cat's food ready. Then I take a nap for 2 hours and get up again. I feel like I am being lazy. I have alot of doctor appts
Now I am rambling on. Sorry.

I've been exhausted all day. It's 130 am...can't sleep. How long can this shit go on before your heart gives out? Then I get anxiety about that. Too tired to accomplish anything, but unable to sleep..even with a sleeping pill. Body just does whatever it feels like doing. I'm really tired of this fatigue and not knowing from one day to the next how I'll feel. Shit.

YES! Most days sweating so severe I swear I'm having a heart problem. Other people will be cold, but I'm drenched with sweat.
