Members shared a variety of massage oils and topical remedies they've found helpful for fibromyalgia pain, with popular recommendations including Olbas Oil rubbed on achy areas before bed, arnica cream for sore muscles, Vicks Vapour Rub mixed with essential oils like lavender and cypress, and Goanna oil applied at the first sign of pain. Several members described creating custom blends using combinations of lavender, lemongrass, chamomile, birch, basil, frankincense, and ylang ylang in a sweet almond base, tailoring the mix depending on whether they needed muscle relief or deep relaxation. A recurring theme was the willingness of community members to experiment with different products and share what works for their individual symptoms, along with practical tips like avoiding sensitive areas and seeking out fibromyalgia-specialized massage therapists who understand trigger points.

Not at al . U get a 45 min massage for 50 a month. It's worth it for me since I literally only need one once a month. Much cheaper than medicine and other stuff I was doing. If u happen to book make sure u tell them u need the best person for fibromyalgia

Massage Envy specializes in fibro and it has changes made my life much easier because they know where out tense points are and how to calm them. I have a membership now and go once a month. It's so helpful.
