I'm trying to stay away from certain foods that people say you shouldn't eat, ie red meat. What other foods bother you and how?

Members shared deeply personal experiences about navigating food triggers with fibromyalgia, with the most commonly avoided items being sugar, processed foods, gluten, dairy, red meat, nightshade vegetables, and caffeine, though many emphasized that triggers vary greatly from person to person and even day to day. Several members described practical strategies including following anti-inflammatory or paleo diets, keeping food journals to identify personal triggers, eating more green vegetables for magnesium, taking vitamin D3 supplements, and choosing organic foods when possible, while acknowledging the financial burden of buying healthy groceries on limited budgets. A recurring theme was the emotional struggle of managing restrictive diets alongside overwhelming symptoms, the guilt of comfort eating when willpower fails, and the frustration of feeling like there is nothing left to eat, balanced by gentle encouragement from the community to find what works individually and give yourself grace in the process.

No candy, no bread etc. only fresh veggies, white meat, coffee is good and wine is great. You really need to modify your own diet. Find out what works. Marijuana , gangi, weed what ever you call it is a gift God has given us to heal our pain. I love the shit out of weed.

A good way to figure out what to eat is; if it was made in a plant don't eat it. If it grew on a plant eat it
