RhinaJones,
I know it is really a very weird feeling and I hate it! I am on disability now, but when I worked it happened alot when I was rushed to get out of the house, in pain, stressed, and feeling like crap....out of the blue would come this feeling wash over me, and it happened often...I do think parts of it must be stressed related.
@taralgilliand, yes bowel movement- I know, very strange sensation, feeling like entire body is on fire.
Hi all!! Thanks for your feedback... Got checked out all of my levels were in standard range all they could tell me was my body reached its pain limit and essential shut down like the flick of a switch... A little concerning but glad that it was nothing greater! Hugs to you all!
Thanks RuggedMan for the comment. I've included a description from the Mayo Clinic.

I haven't fainted from fibro, although I have had experiences like yours in the bathroom @A MyFibroTeam Member. Since I've been off work, I haven't had it happen thankfully. I still get lightheaded from hypotension, but wouldn't wish those toilet episodes on anyone.
@A MyFibroTeam Member, I'm wondering if my hypotension isn't due at least in part to my complete lack of appetite. I try to eat, but often I'm fatigued and nauseous as well and can't even look at food on those days. I wonder if that's fibro or ME or thyroid problems or what? 💗
I have passed out due to the pain before, it seems that everything turns grey and then I just black out sometimes I can hear the people around me other times I am out.
