Ive been using a heating blanket for a few years . The husband swore and cussed at me that the electric bill was high because of it. Got rid of the husband, kept the heating blanket. Don't know which of the 2 reduced the pain, probably both . But I feel some relief

I put lavender essential oil in with my Epsom salt baths. I love them too, they help so much.

Hi there, I swear by hydrotherapy, ask you g.p if you can be referred. Its a hot pool , not for swimming but for gentle exercise to get those tired muscles working again, you,ll meet new fibro sufferers and possibly a new field of mates! I love it!
