Painful Breasts
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

Hi all sorry to be asking a personal question but does anyone else have painful breasts on the underneath and also pain on the breast bone? I've been experiencing this the last few weeks to the point it's painful to wear a bra.
Thanks in advance X

I had tremendous pain in my breasts along the outer sides I started taking an all natural supplement for menaupause as I am 47 the supplement is called Harmony max it has made a world of difference. I have had the pain for years in the girls and this has been so beneficial stopped the night sweats also.

Yes, I have this problem and have been on a very long quest for a comfortable bra. If it doesn't cause pain in the front it does in the back and vice versa. Ugha!

It certainly does. But we are leading the way for the next generation. We have fought past the fibro is a woman's thing and it's all in her head. The knowledge and experience on this site us better than amy dr. Things I thought meant I was going crazy are all part of the fibro journey and I know thus because of the people here
