Members overwhelmingly confirmed experiencing painful, tender breasts as part of their fibromyalgia, with many describing the pain as so severe that traditional underwire bras became unbearable to wear. Several members shared practical solutions that have helped them, including switching to soft cotton sports bras or seamless camisoles, sizing up in both band and cup size for less pressure, going braless when possible, and exploring natural menopause supplements like Harmony Max that some found reduced breast pain significantly. A recurring theme was the widespread nature of this symptom, with many also experiencing costochondritis (inflamed breastbone and ribs), fibrocystic breast changes, allodynia (pain from normally non-painful touch), and the possibility that hormonal issues like PCOS or perimenopause may be contributing factors worth discussing with a gynecologist.

I had tremendous pain in my breasts along the outer sides I started taking an all natural supplement for menaupause as I am 47 the supplement is called Harmony max it has made a world of difference. I have had the pain for years in the girls and this has been so beneficial stopped the night sweats also.

Yes, I have this problem and have been on a very long quest for a comfortable bra. If it doesn't cause pain in the front it does in the back and vice versa. Ugha!

It certainly does. But we are leading the way for the next generation. We have fought past the fibro is a woman's thing and it's all in her head. The knowledge and experience on this site us better than amy dr. Things I thought meant I was going crazy are all part of the fibro journey and I know thus because of the people here
