Whenever the nerves in my body feel jumpy or super active, I feel like if I could just put enough pressure against my skin that it would stop, or at least make me feel better.
I know it's the fibromyalgia, but, I'm wondering if an anxiety blanket would help.

I sleep with a sheet, 2 blankets, a quilt and a comforter. I like the weight when I sleep too.

I have used a heating blanket even though I am not always cold it helps me calm down and sleep.

@A MyFibroTeam Member I've read that anxiety is a part of fibro for many sufferers. My jumpiness does make my anxiety worse.

I have never tried an anxiety blanket, but it might be a good idea. Is anxiety also a symptom of fibromyalgia? I thought it was just my own issue along with the jumpiness. You learn something new every day. Think I'll chill with some Purple Rain. I love Prince's fine azz.

@A MyFibroTeam Member Yeah. I really think it would help. They recommend talking with your doctor first, so I'm going to do that.
The jumpy nerves make me sleep less than I already do.
