I think the colder and rainier seasons are worse for my pain by the heat is worse for just about everything else. Since I have hot flushes regualrly despite the weather, the heat really doesn't feel good to me. I also notice I get more nauseated and fatigued when the weather is warmer.

The cold rips into me like a hot knife through butter! Winter is another name for " flare ups" to me.

I get lethargic in the summer. It is not as hot here in Nova Scotia, Canada, as it is in parts of the US, but we are not used to having a lot of heat. We also get a lot of humidity; therefore, it is not very comfortable. The weather here is going to change. It is going to start to cool off. Yes. Should be a nice fall.
