I am so glad I am not alone with hot and cold sweats. If you go to your GP there is nothing they can do. This is when I feel sad that I have to fight this fibro, menopause on my own.
I am actually one or the other all the time: sweating and hot or icy cold. Even my coworkers have noticed as when Im hot I turn red in the face and can have sweat pouring down my face, or im cold and my fingers turn purple and my skin is like ice to the touch.
I thought that too. I have just found out in the last 2yrs I have been going through the change of life. menopause, anxiousness, sweats, and headaches especially tension headaches. I get them all the time.
Me too. At night I get super hot and have to take off the covers. In the morning I am cold.
