I have a terrible sweet tooth and am diabetic Not a good combo. I'm trying to do a sugar purge in hope that I can regain control. But the higher my pain level, the stronger my cravings are πŸ’“

Lonz>=Renee Hyvarinen hi girlπŸ˜€πŸŒ·πŸŒΈπŸŒ·πŸŒΌ yes I get a lot of different food cravings Lotta times for protein meat or fruit or certain vegetable and sometimes sweets but not so much so I guess our bodies are trying to tell us something and sometimes it's best just to listen to them ..
