many thanks, all suggestions very helpful, b12 keeps cropping up, so will look into that, have a lovely day xxxx
Just started d-ribosome (already on b12, mg, etc..) and it is helping energy levels.
Hello Ann
I take magnesium too because my son did some research into fibromyalgia and that was one of the vitamins recommended.
I also take a B complex to help my mood as I've come off my anti depressants and that seems to be working.
I dint have many 'down' days now.
When I saw the soecialist at Barts, he poked and prodded me, like they do and each pain, he told me whether it was Fibromites or vit D deficiency and that was before he tested my blood,
After taking the prescribed dose, which is hundreds of times more than you can get in the chemist, some of my pains did actually disappear so it's well worth getting it checked so that you can get the right dose for you actually prescribed.
The sun was indeed uplifting, new leaves on the trees, birds singing and everything springing into life, just love it
Take care and let me know what happens
God bless you 😍Xx
