Members enthusiastically endorsed the original poster's suggestion to use magnesium through Epsom salt baths and topical sprays to manage fibromyalgia pain and muscle spasms, with many sharing that they found real relief from soaking in lavender Epsom salts. Several members expressed frustration with doctors who recommend exercise without understanding how debilitating the pain can be, while others noted that gentle movement sometimes helps on good days but feels impossible on bad ones. A recurring theme was excitement to try or continue using magnesium treatments, with practical tips shared on dosing (one cup of salts per bath being sufficient), safety for dyed hair, and the calming effects even before knowing the science behind it.

I have recently found lavender epsom salts and soak in that when it gets really bad. I recently purchased so bath salts on Maui and two of them are for inflammation so I am anxious to try them too.

Magnesium won't bother your hair. 8n fact, it may feel conditioned more significant ce many store bought salts have oils added. No worries. Safe for dyed hair too.

I hope all the new mg folks are enjoying the effects. Fyi, most products say 2 cups to a bath. I have found that a. It much. 1 cup seems plenty imo and less costly.
