Members validated the experience of sudden, crushing fatigue during work hours after early morning routines, with many recognizing it as a common pattern in fibromyalgia where energy levels crash unexpectedly and completely. Several members offered practical suggestions including taking vitamins before bed instead of in the morning, scheduling post-work naps to help recharge, and consulting a doctor about possible sleep disorders like sleep apnea or narcolepsy that could be worsening daytime exhaustion. A recurring theme was the urgent warning to prioritize rest and not push through extreme fatigue, as one member shared collapsing after ignoring their body's signals and still struggling to recover weeks later.

I felt like that for a couple weeks before I completely collapsed. My Dr told me if I kept pushing myself I would collapse and I did. I have not recovered since - going on 6 weeks - You need more rest time, somehow, before you get as bad as I did. . . . Hugs and prayers for you !

I feel good in the morning and crash at work starting around 3:00 - I'm like a totally different person. It's an awful feeling.
