I use a pain reliever call Katinko. My in laws sent some to me from California but you can buy it from Amazon. It's like bio freeze but I feel it's a lot stronger because it's from the Philippines. It's the only thing that helps my muscles on flare ups, helps my back and shoulders, and neck. It's amazing I promise!!!

If you sweat a lot talk to your MD about a prescription for Drysol. It seems to help me when I use it:)

I joined a direct sales company for this reason! Perfectly posh has a stick or cream version of an excellent product. It's called "hot pepper shabang" and it helped me quite a bit. Let me know if you want more info :)

I RECENTLY TRIED outback roll on pain reliever and it worked really well. It also did not redden the skin or burn like some of the others.

I use Blue Goo, it's a life saver for both muscle and joint pain.
