Pennsaid did not work for me. Salonpas works really well. You could cut them in half to use on your hands. My mom is in a nursing home and has arthritis in her hands. She uses these and tells me they work great. I have used them on my back, shoulders and neck area, especially at night. They seem to help. I keep the heating pad on my couch for my back pain.
Good luck with OSU I am seeing my Neurologist in Marion on the 30th..first appointment available I have been in such pain with only 2 decent..not good days I'm wearing thin and I take 10mg perkocet 6X a day dilaudid 4mg..3 times a day along with a variety of depression meds used for fibro New scans show new total of 5 sections of the spine and left arm stenosis along with the disc changes I'm looking at surgery ASAP . Try Dr. Clewell in Marion pulls no punches and he has never had people giving him a 4.5-5 star settings . I honestly wouldn't trust anyone else and a great bedside manner said my husband
No never heard of it.... I've used lidocaine patches with some success but about the last month it's not helping . Finally they did an up date Xray and found degenerative disc disease on top of osteoarthritis in hands and hips :0/ I hope that stuff helps you

I had surgery on my back used laser spine surgery in Cincinnati was wonderful was up walking the same day no pain the next day ,that was the right side now I am doing my left side it's in the same level as my right should have same results. I will let you know.
