Lately, and with increasing frequency, my left eye has been given me a lot of trouble. The eyeball feels tight at times during the day, but when I become very tired my eyelid starts to droop. At times, I cannot open my eye properly before it falls closed again. thank you all for answering, I take comfort in the fact that you share this too (although I wish you didn't). I already do take magnesium daily, but calcium/vit d hasn't shown up in blood tests; did you have specific testing for them? I shall keep you posted on my eye test results x
My left eye lid scratches my eye ball. Usually in the evening. And as for heavinwess in the arms, yes, I have that but now its turned very painful it makes me cry.
@A MyFibroTeam Member I already take 1000mg of magnesium with added B6 on the advice of my keniesiologist - it was 500 mg for about 2 years and it went up with the fibro. I can't go without it as it staves off my migraines too :)
I get the drooping eyelid mainly my right eye especially when tired which is a lot lol. I haven't had trouble with the arms but I'm taking calcium, magnesium and zinc. Hope this helps gentle hugs x
I saw dr. Karl golnik an opthamologist with Cincinnati Eye Institute and he diagnosed it as a typical trigeminal neuralgia I've had it for years and it's worse when I get a headache
