Hi!

I feel extreme tightness in my lower back that comes around into my abdomen. It feels weird and really hard on my bally, pushing the organs inside. Any of you have this?

I haven't had a problem with my lower back - yet. It sounds like the muscles in your lower back are tightening up then affecting the muscles in your front lower area. Have you tried massage? That might loosen the lower back muscles and take the pressure off those in your abdomen. Does a nice hot bath help at all?

Hi @A MyFibroTeam Member you are having muscle spasms, I get these all over my body. I was prescribed zanaflex ( muscle relaxer).I take 2 every night at bedtime because it can cause drowsiness.
