Each and every morning I wake up feeling like someone beat me in the night, and usually in a fog. I get my son to wake me about 1 and a half hours before I know I have to get going is this common ?

I agree.I really dislike mornings.Up until around 1 PM I can't seem to get my head on straight.It is like a fog.I think if we don't sleep well it only makes sense.When I plan my daily goal it's always after that time when I feel like I can drive.Thanks, for sharing.
Yes unfortunately this is very common in fibro :/ I recommended taking an anti inflammatory like Advil, alieve, or you could use something like Tylenol. Another thing that really helps me is sleeping with a heated blanket! I wake less stiff and in less pain. Stretching out (gently) in morning and evening will help too. Feel better xoxo
Also like i havent slpt till i take my lyrica and lay back down for an hr or 2
this is a regular day for me, it literally takes me 2 hrs to get moving aroumd
Yes! My worst pain is in the morning. I feel absolutely horrible in the mornings.
