Does anybody have any experience using the CBD oils? If you would recommend it. Which is the best to buy. I have done some research and am very interested.

Members shared their experiences with CBD oils for pain management, with many reporting significant relief from chronic pain, headaches, and menstrual cramps, and some reducing or eliminating prescription medications entirely. Several members discussed practical details like dosing (recommending starting low and adjusting upward), delivery methods (sublingual drops, topical creams, edibles), and the importance of a CBD-to-THC ratio for maximum effectiveness, though one member experienced insomnia at lower doses that resolved at higher amounts. A recurring theme was the empowering shift from pharmaceutical dependence to a more natural option, tempered by the challenges of legality, cost, and individual variability in response.

I am a card holder and have been since I was diagnosed. You want a 60/40 cbd mix, you must have the thc for the most effectiveness. When I was taking it regularly I had cut my medications in half!! It's expensive but totally worth it!!!

I tried hemp oil and it realy help with the pain. I was in love with it. Sorta speak. But than I couldn't sleep for 3 long days. Had to stop using it. I Google it and found out it can cause insomnia in some people. Lucky me I'm one of them people lol. ... I'm not sure what to do now.. I was taken 4 drops under my tounge ever 4 hrs or longer just depends when my pain came back. Was thinking about only taken 2 drops as needed. But not sure if I even was to try 2 drops. As the stress of not sleeping put me in a flare up from hell. So I just got back on my tramadol and closapam and gonna think more about trying the drops again. I'm one of those people that have a hard time with drugs and have a big fear of taking any... I have been on tramadol for 10 years as need and same with closapam took me a long time to try even them....this illness is very hard to treat and even harder to find a doctor that knows what he's doing or willing to help. But the hemp oil is a great product but if only it would let me sleep..a lot of people say it helps them sleep. ..I wish it did for me... all I can say it try it. The drops 9nly cost me $54.00 a bottle that would of lasted me probably at least 2 months. So that's would of been cheaper than my 2 pills I now take. I was pain free with the drops. And no other side affects.

It's worth it! I know people off all medications because of it. Both stats I have lived in have it legalized, so getting it isn't a problem. I believe you can walk into any dispensary and just buy it. But I prefer to get it from people i know. I have been watching youtube videos on how to make it. It seems I've been making it for years and using it in the medibles I make for others!
Feel free to add me, if I can help you in anyway I'd be more than happy too!!

CBD in lower doses can cause sleeplessness but higher doses has the opposite affect.

When I first started using CBD oil I took it at night and couldn't sleep though it did help with some of my conditions. I started taking it in the morning only but found that once I was up to 25mg it made me sleepy. Now I take it at bedtime with no problems.

CBD has almost completely eliminated my headaches. I use to have headaches daily and migraines 2-3 times a week. In the past 3 months I've only had 1 migraine and a couple of mild headaches.

I also had severe menstraul cramps that nothing would relieve. I would take 1500mg ibuprophen and 700mg hydrocodone and it would become barely tolerable. I now rarely take anything.

My Fibro pain has been bad this winter. I need to keep reminding myself that this time last year I was I was in this same amount of pain BUT on a ton of pharmaceuticals. I now only take meds once or twice a week. Down from two doses EVERY day!!

I think if I added a little THC with the CBD I might get more Fibro pain relief but my state is not legal so I will have to wait to see if that would make my winters easier.
