Does it really help with pain and relaxing muscles.
Are the side effects the same as smoking it for examples I don't want a high or an increased appetite.
This is a minefield so would really appreciate your comments ?
I use CBD oil ( hemp oil) on a daily basis.
It doesn't contain THC the part that gets you high. The cannabinoids that make up the oil offer many benefits including pain relief, antidepressants quality
Obviously there are many options on the market both in methods of consuming and strengths of the CBD content.
I have tried quite a few but settled on a particular one containing 500mg (30 % strength)whole cannabis plant extract in hemp seed oil from CBDBROTHERS.
The plants are organically grown and no chemicals used in the manufacturing process
The others that I tried weren't as affective as this one.
I take 2 drops under tongue twice daily and up that as required if pain levels dictate. Though I've found that to be less frequent since started this particular one as it seems to have kept me pretty level ( unless I overdo it and it's self-inflicted lol)
Hope this helps, gentle hugs and God bless xx
It does help and is not the same depending on what you get. If you get only CBD based oils they are strictly from the hemp plant and does not give you that "high" feeling it works almost like a muscle relaxer but for pain. It helps me ALOT but I do have also ones that say CBD/THC 2:1 and that one has both oils from the hemp plant as well as marijuana plant but at a 2 to 1 ratio so you barely feel the "high" feeling but it does help the pain alot more for me. But there are all kinds of different oils just see which one suits you best. Hope this helps :)
Hi @A MyFibroTeam Member.
The White Edition is the one I use as it has cannabis plant rather than hemp plant oil
It's £57 for a 10ml droplet bottle plus P&P but there's a 10% discount code CBD100 you can enter when ordering
Also if you order 3 bottles the price drops to about £48 per bottle with code and P&P
One bottle used twice a day@ 2drops per dose, plus a couple of days when I've had to take extra doses and it lasts me about a month. So less than £2 a day
Hope this helps, gentle hugs and God bless xxx
I've been vaping CBD oil on and off for a couple of months. I find it very relaxing and calming, I definitely notice my muscles seem less tense although I had to stop using it at night as I found I wasn't sleeping as well. Similar effect to Tramadol as in I felt relaxed but wide awake. I had been cutting down on my medications anyway prior to vaping CBD and I am now medication free apart from Vit D and the odd cocodomol. I now use the CBD vape when my muscles start to spasm instead of instantly reaching for opiate pain killers. It's got to be less harmful surely??
there are certain forms that don't get you high or stoned, you just have to find the right kind, CBD oil is supposed to be amazing for fibro pain
