As far as the Lyrica and Cymbalta I have had moody Ness and they made me sleep my life away. Lyrica is what my last message were and that is why I was taken off so now my Dr has me going natural.but I am in so much pain and am exhausted all the time.

What is alpha lipoic acid for?

I am on D3 50000iu once a week, I also take fish oil which seems to help.I just started a B complex which has all b vitamins 100mg each..and I just started magnesium 400mg at night for sleep.and the alpha lipoic acid, I take 200mg a day. My Dr told me the doses for all of them except the ala so that is why I was asking on here.

I think the pain and exhaustion will always be a factor with this I am on Vitamin D3, B12 sublingual, and probiotic. The B12 seems to help with the tiredness during the day. I am taking them with my Dr.s guidance and I am trying to go off the lyrica and cymbalta due to I'm not sure they are really helping with my symptoms. God Bless

I would like to know also I am trying to go off the lyrica and cymbalta and do the natural thing. My husband doesnt like the way that the medication effects me.
