Be careful with Tumeric, it can turn your skin orange. Hugs!

I take turmeric capsules daily and find them helpful. My pain increases when I run out, so I know it's helping. I order online from Amazon or Vitacost. Pay attention to serving size- some brands are 2 capsules & some are 1.

I add it to meats when cooking. It does give some an odd color though.
