Once you find the right support group They are great a way to talk face to face with other people who understand
Even better if the group has extra health professionals coming in giving talks and demos
Please do a bit of research on groups if you can

Thanks for sharing, I'm going to see if we have any in my area!!!

I have not thought about trying to find a local support group because between work and travel time and the kids and exhaustion after dealing with all that I literally don't have it in me but I think I would benefit if I could find a way
