I do get them sometimes, more lately. The past week or so I've been getting them more & I started recently on gabapentin. Not sure if that has to do with it.

Have you mentioned it to your Dr.? I have these so my Dt. sent me for an ECG and everything was fine. That put my mind at ease and I'm assuming it has something to do with the weakness and chronic fatigue that comes with Fibro (in my case) Horrible feeling though.

I had been having heart palpitations for over a year with no explanation. Recently I stopped taking Tramadol and the palpitations have dissapeared!

Last year I had a full cardiac workup.. EKG, ECG, tilt table, holter monitor, changing my blood pressure meds. Everything was perfect. Finally Dr found out it was my thyroid. I had 1/2 my thyroid removed years ago because of a questionable lump so I've been on the same dosage for years, then all of a sudden, it was too much. Dr lowered the dosage and I was fine. Its starting all over again except I've already checked my thyroid and its within range. Dr did start me on gabapentin a while back. I wonder if that's the cause of the problems now?!

I get get heart palpatations, also my pulse rate is constantly running between 95-105. My nurse says that the pulse rate is higher in people in constant pain. X
