I've started to feel weakness and tightness randomly in my lower back right/or left side on exertion. When I try to do housework etc, I get a sudden cramp/tight feeling in my sides as if my body is telling to stop what I'm doing. Does anyone else experience this?

I don't like the sensation either but I feel it's better than constant pain when getting out and about. Persevere it will get easier x
Yeah, I'd love not to have to work anymore but financially we just can't afford it and even if I could get disability it would be enough to cover our bills. Only problem is I'm thinking pretty soon I won't be able to work whether I want to or not. My body probably will not allow it soon. That's why I'm trying everything I can now to hold it off as long as possible. I do physical therapy, chiropractic, gluten free diet, exercising when I can, and taking natural supplements. Plus IbuProfen when it's really bad keeps me going through the day until I can get home and collapse.
Me too. My left leg is much worse so I'm using my right leg a lot more so now my right leg and side have much more pain. My right side from hip on up has random spasms and sometimes so bad I almost can't get out of bed. It changes what acts up though from right side to shoulder blade to left butt cheek, etc. Never know what is going to act up next. I hate it. Also same about sitting or standing. I have to find the perfect combination of sitting and standing which is not easy to do especially when you work.
Yeah I do on a daily basis if I sit too long it will happen as well and I certainly can't stand for any length of time or it feels like my hips are going to rip away from my back and my left leg has shooting pain so bad I physically have to move it myself with my hands when I get up from laying down or sitting I don't know how to resolve this
I have a tens machine and have only used it once. I didn't like the sensation of the little electric shocks
