Sometimes when I am in a flare up, my scalp will feel like it is sunburned.

My scalp feels like someone holding a hot iron on it and I got a horrible rash with that, also lost chunks of hair. I now have head to toe rash that's making me totally crazy. Lost my eyebrows also. They are calling this "LICHEN PLANUS", an autoimmune disease. Having low grade fevers daily for months. Had labs done this week and Dr took me off of Hydrchlorothyazide, apparently, this med can have these affects.

Yes, definitely! It started like I had a grill pan stuck to one side of my head! 8 years later I still have the pain one side of my head, not quite as bad as it was. Nerves!? It was diagnosed as Neuralgia, part of fibro..
