Oh come on guys a lot of men have full blown fibro such as myself and we handle it just fine, i have had it for maybe 20yrs but only found out 15yrs ago and i worked a busy heavy job whilst suffering because i had a young family to take care of. I have managed to keep my sense of humour through all of this even after my wife walked out on me because of the condition so please think before you generalise about men xx

Rebecca, In my experience it has....Early on, I would have a flare up about every 6 mo....Not it stays with me all the time....The trick is to find the right med that helps you at THIS time....Be prepared for these meds to have to be changed along the way. Praying for your soft future....

Mine definitely has too. I thought that it had improved until I forgot to take my pain meds.. that was one of the most painful experiences I've ever had.... (childbirth excluded!)
