Members overwhelmingly confirmed experiencing severe dry skin throughout their bodies, with many describing stubborn dryness on hands, feet, scalp, and face that persists despite daily moisturizing routines. Several members recommended coconut oil, specifically organic cold-pressed varieties, as an effective remedy that goes a long way, while others mentioned using humidifiers, fragrance-free lotions, and applying moisturizer immediately after showering. A recurring theme was the connection between dry skin and medications or fibromyalgia, the worsening symptoms during winter months, and the emotional toll of dealing with itching, flaking, cracking skin, along with other symptoms like dry eyes and mouth.

Yes. It seems to be stress related for me.

Yes it's so bad that I have dry scalp that flakes and I don't use any products in my hair, my arms are so dry even though I use moisturizer everyday, my legs when I wear like black cloth pants and when I take them off you can see dry skin flakes in the inside of my pants and my feet I use oils on them and use the Amope and have slathered on moisturizer on my feet and put my socks on and slept with the lotion on my feet and they still are dry and cracking. I use moisturizer From face to feet and also take Vitamin E and haven't found the cure for this dry skin problem
