I was diagnoised with it and DeeWaldack1975 has done her home work!! She is correct.What helps most for me is a heating pad on my chest and a big dose of Ibuprophin! God bless :)
Agape..........Fibro likes ANYTHING that hurts. You could have a pulled muscle....bee sting...etc and here Mr. Fibro comes....So, whatever you have going on in your chest would just be enhanced by fibro....Hope you can find comfort.
Hello. That is a good question. Everyone is different. Somethings work for some people that don't work for other people. I take morphine, muscle relaxers and Celebrex. I try to keep warm especially in he cold. I live in Michigan. Some days I get up and everything hurts until I start getting my pills in me. It's really cold and snowy today. I will take a hot bath. Try to stay has warm has warm as possible. As to what causes it. It can be so many things. I feel stress is a big one. I hope this helps. Stay warm and soft hugs. May God Bless you.
