I'm the same as all of you, I cannot kneel as it is so painful even using a cushion....I get quite disturbed if I attempt it. Like you Jameela I am unable to squat down as I have bone on bone crunching when I move.

Thank you. Squatting is no good for me as my knees lock :-(. What a carry on !!!

That sounds very painful. Something hopefully that can be fixed?

I have. I use a cushion to kneel on. Getting down is no problem but getting up is another story. Sometimes I have my 4 legged support to help me back up.

Im the same too. I have to hold onto something to get back up cause my leg joints and back seize up :(
