If I file for ss disability will they try to say I can't take care of my kids and take them from me?

I wouldn't worry they will not take your kids. You will get money also to help with them. If they don't take kids away from abusive, drug addicts, etc. they won't anyone on disability. they have to prove you really on fit. And I mean really unfit. Have ppl I know who cannot get their kids from other parent d/t they are clothed, roof over their head, et food. And let me tell you kids can go into therapy et tell what's going on et the crap they eat et the other parent cannot do a thing about it:( So don't worry. God bless et hugs your way.

Dont worry about that and if you get I you will get money for helping with the kids too. Take car of you and the rest will follow

they can not take your children unless you can not care for them or have help if you need it

Yeah I have 3kids. I have a hard time keeping up. It shouldn't be a issue. I asked myself that question when I filed for disability
