Hi. I really need some help. My thighs are so sore I just don't know what to do anymore.
The only way I can describe it is if you were to imagine that you never in your life went to the gym then suddenly decided you were going to run a full marathon.

If I was you I would go get checked out by my doctor. Depending on how much you move. If you are laying around ALL the time, very minimal movement you could have a blood clot which will cause your muscles to ache really bad and no amount of rest will relieve it. Not trying to scare you however it is always better to be safe than sorry. If you have rested, tried Ben gay, ice & heat alternating & things like that with no relief I would go get it checked out. It could also be just the nerves in your legs drawing up because mine do that in my feel & up the outside of my leg up to the knee but pain usually is better within a week or so. Hope you feel better soon!
I get the feeling like someone ran my front thigh muscles through the grinder, then put it back and put skin with road rash on over the top of the ground up thighs.
Fibrotime have you gotten an answer to your symptoms? I've had this for 6 months and no relief
The thing is I don't really feel stressed. The only thing that's stressing me in my inability to walk like a normal person! I nearly burst into tears at work today because of it. It's exhausting being in this much pain when only a couple of months ago I could have climbed a mountain! I was fine!!
I also carry my stress in my neck and shoulders.
