infared sauna

Has any one tried infared sauna for fibromyalgia? Also has any one tried organic msm, if so , have theses things helped ?

I have considered it, it does sound good and did help my arm that has nerve damage. But where I am living right now I cannot us it. So when I move then I will.

Yes, I own an infrared sauna. It helps tremendously. I also use an infrared heating pad made by SOQI . It is very soothing

Yes, helps pain, the other sauna type (traditional) has not helped me
