Does anyone have issues with their legs going numb, especially their thighs if they sleep or lie on their back too long?
There is a muscle and tendon that goes around the hip down the top of the leg, I forget the name, but mine kill me, especially the one on the rt. I have only been told to stretch it out, but it to is beyond painful, hugs
Makes me wonder about the so called traditional medicine and what is now known about fibro after so many years. Obviously they haven't learned all that much since we are all taking numerous meds to try to get relief and a better life. We have lost so much of our previous life. And our family and friends suffer just at much trying to be there for us and dealing with what we go through in any given day. They deserve some kind of reward for putting up with us and what we deal with. I just wish they would find something that would help all of us.(((hugs)))) to all.
Yes my thighs go numb just abov my knees. My hands do too. Though I find it frustrating. I appreciate when there not hurting !
Jip so strange to see other people asking questions that I was wondering about. It seems like we are "aliens" with all the different pain and problems we have of this silly FIbrio
Yes, all the time. Or sitting on a chair for more than 15 minutes.
