I hadn't ever put the two together, but I do have it, not the severe kind. Both my sisters had it and they had many other health problems, and my mom did too.

I have read that patients with fibro usually have a straight neck. It should be curved. I am currently going to a chiropractor to address this problem. My neck was giving me a lot of trouble and the x-rays shows my neck is straight and forward instead of curved back.
A good orthopedic doctor or chiropractor can help with a shoe insert that will even out that difference in leg length. I used it forever. Gel inserts help too. Dr shoals or something similar. Muscle therapy will help your pain. Normally that difference in leg length means you have a scoliosis curvature to your spine. I have had it for many many yrs. Let me know if I can help! π
