I take a form of the pill that just stops my periods completely been on it about 3 years I think. I am perimenopausal now though with all the symptoms that comes with it. Xx

Mine caused a flare every month, doctor said it was caused by serge in hormones so she put me on contraceptive pill, I take it without break and so far it has worked.

@A MyFibroTeam Member it was the best thing for me. The actually found a benign mass the size of a softball when they did the procedure. It was being hidden by my bladder when they attempted other scans. So between the 2 issues being resolved it was a win. And i returned to work 4 days later.

Yes i have noticed after keeping a diary of symptoms and how i felt on the day that i have a major flare up a few days prior and then during. I did discuss this with my dr who agreed that due to the hormonal change it was a possibility.thanks everyone xx

For sure! The pain and fatigue are so unbearable I literally think I am dying every month for 7-10 days. Not just menstrual pain, all over muscle pain.
