Yes it can come on your family

I don't think the medical community can make a real call on this until they figure out what causes fibro in the first place. The theories on the cause bounce all over the place at this point. There is just not enough information or research done yet to be so definite. At least it's been classified as a "real disease" so maybe more research will be forth coming.

I'm sure my Mom had it but they didn't have a name for it. She would take over the counter med and frequently say "I don't feel well" I also think there is a connection between fibro and allergies. Our bodies are very sensitive.

Unfortunately my daughter has it too but the bright side is that doesn't necessarily mean your daughter will have it . Also kids are much more resilient with fibro from what I've experienced

It tends to run in families and occurs more often in women but there are men you get it. It def runs in my family.
