Does Anyone Experience Joint Pain In Their Fingers Nearest Your Nails?
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

When my hands are cold, I experience stiffness in my finger joints. They hurt real bad. I have been ruled out for having arthritis. Placing them under warm running water helps the most for me.

Right wrist has to be wrapped up to stop the pain. Trying to get a dr appt so it can be xrayed.

It's probably FM. I had that problem with one wrist. I was able to get rid of it with massage, exercise, add a little pressure at a time. I finally felt something release and now it's better.

My hands and wrist are worse because of my fall. RA tests came back negative but I am not sure what is next.
