Does Anyone Experience Joint Pain In Their Fingers Nearest Your Nails?
When my hands are cold, I experience stiffness in my finger joints. They hurt real bad. I have been ruled out for having arthritis. Placing them under warm running water helps the most for me.

Try hot paraffin wax it helps a lot
Keep me posted. I'm having MRI to see if there is a tear in my shoulder muscle.
It's probably FM. I had that problem with one wrist. I was able to get rid of it with massage, exercise, add a little pressure at a time. I finally felt something release and now it's better.
Yes and my toes as well.
I do along with severe cramping pain in my fingers.
