Lower Back Pain
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

I have been having chronic lower back pain and hips, I just don't know how to resolve it. I have used muscle relaxants, tylenol and heating pad and it just never completely goes away. Its like a constant chronic tooth ache. Does anyone have any suggestions on alternative solutions for lower back pain?

I go to a chiropractor once a week it has helped my lower back a lot. My problem is at th L5S1. I got Sharpe pains or kinks going down my legs this is all from my lower back. It is much better now. Before I could hardly walk.

Hi I suffer very badly with my lower back and I invested in a tens machine , that seemed to help for a bit of relief.

I have the exact same problem. It hurts my hips and lower back to bend or twist. It feels muscular to me. My Dr. sent me for X-rays and told me I have degenerative disc disease, but that it was due to aging and he did not seem to think that was what was causing the pain. I use a heating pad which is soothing, but the pain never goes away. Shaving my legs is such a task now with this pain!
