Members confirmed that sleep disorders are very common with fibromyalgia, with many sharing their experiences using CPAP machines for sleep apnea, though results varied from significant improvement to continued fatigue despite treatment. Several members described practical approaches that helped them, including weight loss eliminating the need for CPAP, melatonin supplements for better sleep quality, and Trazodone to improve sleep despite not reaching REM cycles. A recurring theme was that while treating sleep apnea can provide some relief from fibromyalgia symptoms, many members still struggle with chronic fatigue and disrupted sleep patterns that appear to be separate fibromyalgia-related issues beyond what CPAP therapy alone can address.

GHP and THC are/is the answer to fibromyalgia and other serious medical problems. I wish I could but is not legal here and I have signed a contract with my Dr.

@A MyFibroTeam Member - Some people have found relief from narcolepsy and Fibro by using GHB. It is available medically from doctors specifically licensed to dispense it. There aren't any studies on GHB for Fibro, but it appears to stop the alpha wave interruption durring deeper phases of sleep.
