Optimism is essential! It would be so easy to let fibro get to me emotionally, but I refuse to go there. Would only lead to bigger issues. I'm so thankful I'm not in a wheelchair, I have a good and strong mind, and am reasonably independent. I think of my positives.
Hi Donna, I am so sorry for you at losing your dad. I lost mine a few years ago, and i still can't get over losing him. We were very close, and at times i can still feel him around me. My prayers are with you, as you go through all of this. GOD BLESS YOU
