Members shared their experiences with Australian Dream cream for arthritis and fibromyalgia pain, with mixed results ranging from no relief to moderate effectiveness, though most agreed it was worth trying given its affordable price at Walmart and natural ingredients like emu oil. Several members offered alternative recommendations that worked better for them, including Voltaren gel, lidocaine cream or patches, Biofreeze, arnica cream, CBD oil, heated pads like Robax strips, and essential oils, with many emphasizing the importance of checking with a pharmacist about potential medication interactions. A recurring theme was the frustration of expensive treatments and the ongoing search for affordable relief, met with encouragement from the community to keep trying different options since what works varies greatly from person to person.

I have a cream I use called real time and I get it on Amazon. It really works. It take the pain away immediately. It comes in all different forms. There's another one I am going to try, because the reviews were great. Here is the name and again I got it on Amazon:
Rub On Relief® ⋆ #1 Clinically Proven Pain Relieving Ingredients ⋆ Fast, All-Natural Pain Relief Cream & Anti-Inflammatory [3 oz.] "
Sold by: healthybackinstitute
$19.95

I am going to try this one and will let people know, but the Real Time really works for me. Hope that helps.

I don't care for creams but today I bought Robax heat strips and They are great! I paid 9.99 for 4 single use strips which last up to 16 hours. I have one on my neck right now because that is the one place I get no relief. It's like having a portable heating pad. I highly recommend at least trying them!

I take many prescriptions but Salonpas capzasin patches are the icing on the cake. One between my shoulder blades and one on my lower back every time I leave the house. Now I can have dinner with friends.
