Members responding to a question about symptoms worsening after eating shared a strong consensus that food can trigger fibromyalgia flares, with many identifying specific culprits like pizza, fatty foods, beef, aspartame, tomatoes, dairy, and sulfites. Several members recommended practical approaches including food sensitivity testing, the low FODMAP diet for IBS, shifting toward plant-based or organic diets, and working with a naturopath to address gut health imbalances that may prevent vitamin and mineral absorption. A recurring theme was the difficult balance between needing to eat to avoid low blood sugar or hunger while also experiencing increased pain, fatigue, brain fog, and inflammation after meals.

PS: the function of my leg came back after detox treatment with Zeolite(vulcanic ash) which absorb all foreign bodies from your body.

I've found specific foods such as aspertame, tomato, and sulfites cause various effect. Sulfites cause migraines so I'm careful about canned foods. Aspertame and Tomato make me a bit more Achy. Regualr milk makes me feel a little unwell but the organic one I have no problems with.

Yes, if I eat pizza it absolutely wipes me out. I am trying to stay away from too much sugar or bread, pastries, etc. If I eat a salad or protein and greens, I notice a big difference in my fatigue levels.

You may have food sensitivities. I just found out that I do. Avoiding those foods have made me feel better and less inflamed.

Yes I do notice that but never thought of it I do try to not eat right away because then I get sluggish pain and fogged mind and I eat healthy too.
