Been gluten free for a while. I eat mainly fresh fruit and vegtables and meat. No processed foods. I also take a probiatic daily. I think this helps lessen the symptoms.

I haven't but am about to cut out gluten and see if this helps which is strange because I have never had allergies but worth a try.

I personally do not have a gluten intolerance, but my mother does and she thinks she may have Fibro as well. She has been having some symptoms
