I have terribly sore feet but I think it might be plantar fasciitis and heal spurs. Check with your Doctor or a foot specialist. There are some really good shoes and inserts that help all kinds of conditions. Also if you fill a small pop bottle with water and freeze it you can roll your foot back and forth on the ice bottle and it really helps relieve pain. A tennis ball as well can help by rolling your foot on it as it helps massage the tendons. Hope you feel better soon.
Yes, there are days I have to place my feet in ice water because of the pain. They feel in fire with a lot of pain in the bones toward the front. Take care is not easy this Fibro.
I'm just starting to feel the pain in ball of foot as well. I thought it was due to going from summer flats to my fall/winter shoes with more of a heel.
Yes! I cannot go without shoes of some kind, even in the house. It really hurts to walk without shoes. :(
Hi Leanda I used to have lots of problems with my feet until I was fitted with orthotics, they made a huge difference, maybe worth looking into, ask your Dr for a referral
