Dry Itchy Skin
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

I'm suffering from really dry itchy skin that nothing seams to really work on. Lotions and creams just make me feel sticky and don't relieve the itch!

I use Forever Aloe Propolis which is a combination of very high quality Aloe Vera and Bee Propolis which is a substance produced by bees to protect their hives from infection. It is produced by Forever living and is the most effective moisturiser I have ever found. It has helped me so much that I started selling it!

I've been taking fish oil for years and I never have dry skin. Plus it helps with my fibro pain. Ran out once and it was horrible.

I just started to use Ava Anderson non toxic dream cream. It is inexpensive and clears up dry skin. It's apparently the fragrance in lotions that cause irritated skin, so this lotion has lavender and chamomile oils in it. I accidently burned my hand when I took a pie out of the oven and put the dream cream on my burn. It took away the burn. hope it helps
