Does Anyone Experience Ripping Pain In Their Feet?
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

Quite often I get really bad pains in the bottom of my feet - it feels like their ripping, stretching and being stabbed with a hot knife and it's too painful to walk. Has anyone else experienced this? Do you know why it happens, how to fix it or how to stop it from happening? Thanks :)

Every day. I have started applying Voltaren gel to my feet when I get dressed, it gets me thru most of my 12 shift at work. Sometimes I have to reapply. It seems to help some.

Take plastic water bottle. Dump out half of the water. Freeze bottle and run feet over it cold back and forth. Keep stretching. I found it eventually went away

Me too, but only on really bad pain days. I can't tell you how to end it. I wear my daughters super soft, thick fuzzy socks and dont put on shoes, just so I can walk around the house; and of course use pain meds.

Voltaren gel helps me some too. I do have to put it on several times a day.
